Luka Rocco Magnotta... The New Oswald?

Over the last couple of weeks, Canada, and by extension, the rest of the world has been gripped, and controlled by the story of Luka Rocco Magnotta.  You know the story I'm talking about:  A Crazy Canadian guy from Montreal, who once dated Karla Homolka.  Then it was downplayed to just being 'friends' with her.

This was clearly an attempt to garner public support in Canada.  Karla Homolka is clearly one of Canada's most hated people, so why not try to connect Magnotta with her?  That is certainly an attempt to sway public opinion on him.

Let's rewind a bit here... This whole story 'broke' when a Conservative Party staffer received a severed hand in the mail.  The next person to receive a body part in the mail was a Liberal party staffer, (have to connect both sides of the political spectrum). 

The next thing we know, out of the blue comes this old video of Magnotta killing a few cats.  Apparently it had been all over the Internet a while back.  I don't know about you, but I'd never heard of it.  So, after hearing about this cat killing video, I went on a quest to find it.  I failed.  It wasn't for a lack of trying, or research skills.
All of a sudden, the TV and radio news is blowing up about this video on www.bestgore.com. 
Let's remember though, the rumour about the Magnotta video was on TV and the radio for a good day and a half before the name of the site was released by The National Post.  Needless to say I went to that site, as did most of the people in the world who have an Internet connection. I didn't expect the video to come through too quickly, so when it crashed the first few times, I wasn't surprised.  But, hour anfter hour, and day after day, I went back.  the video kept crashing, was then taken off the site, then put back on, then it crashed again, then was taken down.
No one I know personally has seen this alleged video.  the ONLY people I've even heard admit to seeing this video are people in the media.  For the most part, those you see or hear in the media, on the TV, and radio, just say what they are told to say.  Very few of them are actual investigative reporters. 
My point is, I have not seen any proof whatsoever that either of these videos actually exist.  If you've seen the video, let me know, please.

 Now, lets look at the facts from yesterday.

Magnotta was captured in a German Internet Cafe.  He had apparently walked into an Internet Cafe in Berlin, Germany.  The alert clerk working behind the counter immediately recognized him, and allerted the authorities.  Not sit back, and look at this picture again:  Magnotta who was Canada's Most Wanted for a matter of days, managed to leave the country.  Not an easy task.  He then spent the next few hours on a confined airplane with many people being able to see him, while presumeably reading newspapers, or surfing the Internet.  All of which was plastered with his photo, yet no one recognized him.
The he lands in Europe, and presumeably spends at least ONE night in a Paris hotel.  Leaves the hotel in such a hurry that he 'forgot' some of his belongings behind.  After fleeing Paris, Magnotta made his way to Berlin Germany.  Again I'll assume he either flew, took a train, a bus, or hitch-hiked.  And yet again, no one recognized him. 

So far, this is some pretty bad story-telling.  But, if you've been following the story, (and I know you have been), you know I'm not making this shit up!  There's just too many holes in the story.  We have an International Fugitive who willy-nilly goes out in public, Uses his OWN name, and goes into an Internet Cafe, instead of using his laptop in a hotel room, or Library? Am I the only person who thinks this story has been Ginned-up since it's inception?

Why is this story making headlines around the world?  The answer to that question is quite simple:  To police, and censor The Internet.  There are now reports that the Montreal Police are going to be filing charges against the host, and provider of www.bestgore.com for posting this alleged video.  The Internet is already being censored in Europe, and of just recently.  Check out this article:  The Pirate Bay Must Be Blocked.  This is how the Powers That Be, (PTB) plan to block our communications, and police what we say and do.  Think Orwell's 1984, kids.



I've said it before, and I'll say it again:  Our freedoms are gone.  We just haven't realized it yet. 



Remember 9/11?  How we were all so easily convinced to give up a lot of our freedom to travel?  And when we did decide to travel, we are subjected to naked body scanners at airports, and now train stations.  Also, to be groped by extra security, such as the American TSA.
Now we'll be convinced to give up our Internet freedoms, as well.  No more sites like www.bestgore.com or sites like www.abovetopsecret.com or blogs such as this one.  So, myself, like many other people are practicing our freedom of speech.... While we still can.

The Patriot Act Revealed

The September 11^th, 2001 attacks on New York City and Washington D.C. Irrevocably changed the course of American history. Similar to the Japanese attacks on Pearl Harbour, Hawaii sixty years earlier, this catastrophe horrified the American Public, and a nation felt besieged by the possibility of further attacks.

President Bush's rating soared to 90%, and his administration worked closely with Congress to pass a flurry of wide-reaching laws.

Conspiracy theories spread immediately. The spotty reporting of the 9/11 Commission did little to discourage them.

10 years later, sceptics and conspiracy theorists still debate particulars of the incident. By now, most people are familiar with the popular 9/11 conspiracy theories: The idea that somehow 9/11 was an INSIDE JOB. Or, that the American government covered up evidence of mistakes. But, there is another concern here; What laws were passed, exactly? And, how do they affect us, and Americans today?

Since it was signed into law in October 2001, The Patriot Act has become a subject of increasing controversy. According to scholars such as Elliot Mincburg, Director For People Of The American Way, The Justice Department has used terrorism as a guise to expand law enforcement powers in areas that are totally unrelated to terrorism.

It's true that The Patriot Act has been used to investigate non-terrorist crimes. In fact, the intelligence community was waiting for an opportunity to pass this sort of legislation. Far from being custom made legislation designed as a reaction to 9/11. The Patriot Act is instead an amalgamation of various powers the Intelligence Community has wanted for years. Yet is seems these expanded powers still fall short of some some agencies desires.

In 2005, Dan Eggen of The Washington Post, published a story exposing several FBI violations of 'Secret Surveillance' Laws. Including improperly seizing e-mail and banking records. And, conducting non-consenting physical searches.

These findings have cause researchers like David Sobel, The General consel of the Electronic Privacy Information Center, to speculate that this is simply the 'tip of the iceberg'.

What other abuses are out there? Finding the information can be tricky. For example: Title 5 of The Patriot Act , strengthens the power of National Security Letters, (NSL's). An NSL is a formal request for information regarding a person under surveillance.

These existed prior to The Patriot Act, but under the new law, they were applicable to American citizens, and contained gag-orders that prevented the recipient from informing anyone of the Letter. Subsequent legislation has softened these powers, but they still exist.

By 2004, nearly 300 American Municipalities had passed laws or formally disagreed with The Act. Urging congress to modify or repeal this legislation.

In the post-9/11 world, the average American, (and subsequently world) citizen has lost numerous legal protections. Supporters of the Law argue that this sacrifice has been both necessary and beneficial. Some claim that as many as fifteen, (15) terrorist attacks have been prevented thanks solely to The Patriot Act. However, to Privacy Advocates, and other opponents to The Act, it has been used more to invade the private lives of citizens than to prevent terrorism. And currently, no one knows exactly how much or how little privacy left to the average citizen.

Requests for more fact under the Freedom Of Information Act, (FOIA), are no safe bet. The FOIA has several exemptions including National Defence.

Not only is there something THEY don't want you to know, but legally they don't HAVE TO TELL YOU!

Looks like the Powers That Be are finally starting to get what they want: To keep you at home, working as slaves.  With footage like this on the Internet, and the TSA acting in such a manner, who wants to travel?
This is something we must deal with.  We MUST rebel against these actions!  Don't let The Man keep you down.  Don't let Him control how you travel, or where you travel.  Terrorism does NOT exist.  This is all just a rouse to better control you.  How many of your rights and freedoms have been restricted, or entirely revoked in the name of FREEDOM?

The scariest part of all this is, we are LETTING them keep us down!  We are being blinded by manufactured uprisings around the world.  Blinded by elections.  All so we don't notice something that would have cause massive riots only 20- 30 years ago!  Why the Hell aren't more people saying anything about it now?  Why is it left just to the bloggers and 'conspiracy nuts'?
It's time to stand up and fight!  I predict that sooner than later, there will be a REAL act of terrorism on North American soil.  Not one that's been manufactured by The Illuminati.  But one from REAL people.  People who are fed up with being treated as though this world has turned into Orwell's 1984.

Fallen Cop To Promote Police State?

Before we begin I want to make this clear: I mean no disrespect to Sgt. Ryan Russell, or the majority of police officers.  After all, they are "Just following orders,".
Yesterday, January 18th, 2011, a funeral was held in Toronto for a fallen officer, Sgt. Ryan Russell.

Thousands of cops from around Ontario, around Canada, and indeed from around North America came to pay their respects to a fallen brother.   As you've heard on the news, this was a massive show of solidarity.  Don't let them kid you.  This was show of FORCE.  Were Montebello and the G20 just a warm-up?  It's certainly starting to look that way.

There wasn't a channel on television that didn't have Sgt. Russell's funeral on.  That's right, the same thing, on every channel, at home, on the large outdoor telescreens.  1984 anyone? 
If you recall from the funeral for Sgt. Russell, there was a lone protester, Mr. Tom Pratt.  You may not have heard about him on your regular T.V. News, or in your newspapers.  He was arrested, and detained for FIVE hours.  Why?  Because he was holding a sign that read 'NO POLICE STATE'.  Turns out, we no longer have the right to peacefully protest.  Sure, it was in bad taste that he chose a yesterday to protest but, his RIGHTS and FREEDOMS were removed from him by that very same Police State he was protesting against.  Just like in Montebello, and just like at the Toronto G20 protests.
Many workers die on the job every year in Ontario.  From Electricians and construction workers, to everyday factory workers.  The majority of them are unionized, just like the police, (brotherhood).  Ever see a mass funeral, and the down town core of a major city shut down for said funeral?  Me either.

You mark my words:  A Police State is on it's way.  You're rights are slowly being removed.  You won't notice this happening, but it is.  All the signs are pointing that way.  If you refuse to see it because 'your government wouldn't do that to you', I feel sorry for you.
