ChemTrail vs. ConTrail Over Collingwood

I just recorded this while I was outside on my balcony. You can clearly see the ChemClouds, and a jet producing a ChemTrail. There is another jet in this video, (you can barely see it), below the major ChemCloud. The reason the other jet is so difficult to see is because the ConTrail is disappearing almost instantly. Why isn't that happening with BOTH aircraft. Both Jets flying under presumably IDENTICAL condition…… 







 

Green Water? It's Not Even St. Patrick's Day

Is this a hoax?  Or something much more sinister?

Any ideas, or input as to what this may be?
